On-street parkingHow does PARK NOW function on-street?
Using the PARK NOW app and GPS localization, a zone is automatically chosen for your current location. Please check if the automatically selected zone number is correct and adjust if necessary. You can find the zone number on a sticker / sign at the parking meter.
Please note that at the border of two zones GPS locating can be slightly incorrect on your smartphone. PARK NOW cannot be held responsible for any parking tickets issued due to an incorrect zone choice.
In order to park in the City of Vevey in place du Marché (zone code 18007) it is from now on necessary to enter the space number of your location. It’s not complicated when using our app.
- Open the app;
- Press start parking for your location;
- A dialog will pop up in which you simply enter the number of your parking space (visible on the ground).
Please note that you can only start a parking session in Place du Marché via the Android or iOS app (this location is not available via the website or via the IVR). However, you can stop your ongoing parking session via all media.
Parking via phone call is available for all customers with a registered customer account. Start or stop your on-street parking session conveniently via our park-hotline. Simply follow the voice computer, enter the desired zone number and start your parking action.
